1. i have the black screen and cant get it into download mode. computer detects it when it is plugged in. still vibrates and gets calls just cant see anything. only had to the phone for 2 months.

3. I’ve been trying all the recommendations but still nothing. I do notice a “knocking” sound after turning the phone back on as if it had been Wiped. Also, laptop indicates no files available and device manager properties show the device is working properly.
